Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time so you can be fitted to the bike and provided with helmet (included in hire rate).

Please note the following :

  • Model and colour may differ from picture. 
  • Please make sure you select the pick up location of your hire 
  • Pickups from locations other than the Cog Bike Cafe may need a minimum of 24 hours booking.
  • If for any reason you need to cancel/postpone your booking (ie.illness or weather conditions) - a credit will be given towards a hire on another date to be held within 6 months. The new booked date can be organised at a later time.
  • HIres close at 4pm each day and all bikes must be returned by this time unless prior arrangements have been made.
